Just finished a sort of major project. I am glad everyone enjoyed themselves and were able to see the greenery forgotten by many.

They have been many things happening in my life that everything else have come to a standstill.

I will again postpone by trip to Thailand till JUne 2006......
Because i am now extending my studies for another year..... Its a tedious process but i have no choice but to go through it.

My sister birthday have just passed with the usual fanfare and gathering of friends and family members.

have been depressed but now i am ok........

just to update everyone.....

My trip to Thailand has been postponed.... I will only be leaving in february.Thus you all can still see me for about another 5 months....haha

How time flies... Soon it will be christmas then chinese new year . YEAH!!!!!

The installation is over already..... Thank goodness.
Althought the attendance was disappointing we had enjoyed ourselves very much.
Thanks everyone for making the event memorable.

Now i await my results. Hope everything will be fine.
Just heard from my mom that i will be leaving for thailand before my birthday....Thus all you folks all there will have to celebrate my birthday before i leave. Dont treat this as an excuse not to celebrate my birthday ah. Its 18th November.(just to remind those pple who always forget)

My job now is OK. Now the judging is over at least for local judges so thats not so bad. Just have to load all the pictures online for overseas judging.

well, its been confirmed by my dad today. I will definitely be going to Thailand to work in November. Its going to somewhat a new exciting and yet frighening experience for me. It will be my first time away from Singapore for such a long time.
I will be going to a village near Chiang Rai called Phayao village. There i will be helping to man a hardware store joinly opened by my dad and some of the co workers.

Definitely a lap top is a must to keep me informed of the happenings around. well other then that i guess the only thing i will be bringing are the wonderful memories I have of my dear Rotaract Friends.(You all know who you are). My kitty shopping buddy, ex co-workers, the HOng Kong rotaractors as well as the study exchange students and not forgetting my ex classmates.

I will try to be back often as much as i want to but well it would really much depend on how i am going to be doing there.

Thats all for now........ just come back often to my blog and i will try to update everyone on how the preparation work have been going and when i am leaving......

I am going to miss you guys.......... :(

this is what i have been doing most of the time in office. Dont know why they employ me when i just read at work......
So people may envy my life of doing nothing and still get paid but for me i just feel its too boring..
Cant they just find something for me to do....

Had a nice week. Celebrated national day with some friends from Hong Kong. (A fun bunch of people) The week has ended faster then i expected as it feels as if the weekend before has just passed.

Soon it will be mid august and before you know it, it will be Sept....

Great Hospitality

Its been some time since i posted anything.
Have started working on a part time job helping out in a design company in their competition. Its a boring job with nothing to do as they did not have many entries for the competition. I have been sitting in the office and staring into blank space with is good in a sense as i get paid to sit there but bad as i am bored to death there. Also the company is so small that its smaller than my bed room.

Just came back from Malaysia and enjoyed great hospitality there. Was there for JB 36th installation and enjoyed myself throughly. The chinese 8 course dinner was great. The portions were so huge that we were unable to finish most of the food. However there was not much time for interaction thus was unable to distribute my name cards. the program was even better with songs and dance to entice everyone. I guess the most memorable one would be the professional dances which incorporated chinese, Indian and malay dance. Quite sad that i did not win anything during the lucky draw but the crowd and friends made everything else wonderful.

Had a great dim sum breakfast with some rotaractors. (must say something nice or else they say i complain when i return to Singapore)haha :)
I have not had dim sum breakfast for a long long time already. Its nice to eat something new for a change. It was so filling that i will skip my lunch. the wife biscuits are fantastic too. Ooooo wish i had just bought more. Just reached home and now just waiting for the club members to arrive to have our installation meeting.

Will try to add photos the next time as my camera battery have just died on me.
Gtg now hope i will be able to update my blog on a more regular basis

Oh not forgetting meeting my new friends from Hong Kong and i found someone who have the same interest as me. SANRIO yeah....... Way to go Mandy and Bamboo.

Went to museum and kitty shopping

Today i went to the history museum to view some hello kitty exhibits and was very disappointed with the miniature exhibition. Firstly they dont allow us to take picture and secondly most of the things displayed were things which i have already seen.
but manage to secretly take a picture of hello kitty.
Went shopping and bought a mould which is to make cake, a row of chopsticks rests and the monthly magazine which gave a free HK ring.

Just went on the internet and found out that there is internet connection in rural phayao village.This might be my next destination if i have decided to go there. So at least i can still be in touch with the rest of the world and not feel lonely.

Anyway there is still time for me to consider whether i should go to thailand to work or not as my mom say that i might only be leaving in November.thus till then i can still continue to think through if it is a right choice and if the facilities there allows me to do what i like.

It will probably be a great experience for me to be independent and learn to do things on my own without my mom there to help me but it may also be a distratous time there as i dont speak the language and no one may be to understand what i say.
However there is still time for me to consider so ................

Its been rainging for a few days now. I had just received a call yesterday and i am to start my part time job on thursday. Hope that this job will not be a boring one that i will fall asleep.

Now i am relooking the venue for our club installtion. The previous venue has already been taken by someone else thus with the last minute mad rush time and time waits for no man.....

its been a deliemma for me.My parents have suggested i go to Thailand to work but i cant bear to leave the life i have in Singapore...........need to do some serious thinking

i am actually looking for a job now but till date have only received 2 interviews. So pathetic........
Are employess so choosy? i question the abiliity of them to see the potential in me!

Well i did go for an interview 2 days ago but till date they have yet to call me or anything...... Are they too busy to call or are they not interested in employing me. Come to think about it maybe its my onward chattering that has got the boss to hate or even thing that i am too talkative for their company. Could it be the case of the forgetful employee who purposly forget to call me and refuse to let me into their tiny company.

Well just went to the supermarket with my mother and irritatingly my sis has asked her to pick my dad up again. Cant she just bring my dad back before going out.
that is how irresposible she is and now i have to prepare dinner. So irritating. i Hate this life of meaningless waiting to serve others and not being able to work.
The other day my mom just commented that i was getting more and more lazy each day with no work and play all day. Have she not considered that i might i already tried my very best in finding a job but its the fault of the employers who think of me lowly..........

Arrrrrrggggggg hopefully within this few days i will be able to get a favourable reply from someone or i will be going crazy!
